Our January highlights set the tone for the year. From New Year’s Eve outfit alterations to winter coat adjustments, we ensured every client’s wardrobe stayed fresh and stylish.

In February, love was in the air. Valentine’s Day outfits and early wedding season fittings kept us busy. This Year in Review showcases the elegant custom work that brought joy to our clients.
March: Spring Blooms and New Beginnings
March marked a surge in prom season requests. Our Year in Review includes stunning prom dresses and tuxedos that made students shine on their big night. March was also a month where we had a chance to work with some of the most stunning brides we’ve ever seen. Year In Review brings you beautiful bride where we had a pleasure to work on her gown.
April: Wedding Season Takes Off
April’s peak wedding season brought a wave of brides and grooms to our shop. Our team delivered flawless results, as highlighted in this 2024 Wrapped recap. April is also a month where our Year In Review brings you a fabulous proposal. Of course she said ‘Yes’! Take a look at some of the alterations we did for our future ‘bride to be’.
May: Smith Center Wedding
Graduates trusted us to tailor outfits for their big moment. Our Year in Review highlights the wedding at the Smiths Center for which we had a pleasure to do Gown alterations by shortening hem all layers with horsehair as well as taking in sides on bust to waist.
June: Summer Vibes and Destination Weddings
Lightweight fabrics and destination wedding outfits defined June. This Year in Review celebrates our work in making summer events stylish and stress-free. The alterations we’ve done included this beatiful gown from @BowtiesBridal. Your A-Z Alterations & Tailoring team also worked on alterations on mother and sister in law, shown on the photos below.
July: Celebrating Independence with Style
July’s festive mood inspired patriotic designs and casual summer outfits. Our Year in Review reflects on the vibrant styles created this month and one of the most iconic weddings we’ve had a chance to be a part of. We’ve had a chance to shorten straps back, shorten hem front, add ziper and tac bust for this beautiful bride.
August: Memorable Wedding Style
At A-Z Alterations & Tailoring, every bride’s vision becomes reality. For this stunning gown, we meticulously tailored every detail, ensuring the perfect fit for the big day. The intricate lace required precision, while the hemline adjustments brought out the dress’s flow and elegance. As the bride walked down the aisle, her radiant smile reflected our dedication to perfection. Seeing her confidence and joy reminded us why we love what we do. Each stitch told a story of love and care, making her wedding day as seamless as her dress. Moments like these fuel our passion for bridal alterations. September: Fall Fashion Weddings
At A-Z Alterations & Tailoring, we had the honor of perfecting this exquisite Ines Di Santo wedding gown. Our team meticulously took in the sides of the bust and skirt, added supportive bra cups, and expertly shortened the hem from front to sides for flawless movement. We also crafted a stunning bustle, ensuring elegance and ease for the reception.
For the pre-wedding outfit, we tailored the sides and hem for a polished fit. The groom’s suit received equal care, with the waist taken in and legs tapered to perfection. Every detail came together for a day of unforgettable style.
October: Maui Magical Wedding
As part of our Year in Review Alterations, this breathtaking Maui wedding was a highlight. The first gown, an elegant masterpiece, was tailored to perfection as we took in the sides of the bust and skirt, added supportive bra cups, shortened the hem from front to sides, and created a beautiful bustle for seamless movement.
For the second gown, we refined the fit by taking in the sides, shortening the hem, and adding a functional snap-on back panel. Each alteration ensured the bride felt confident and radiant on her special day, showcasing our dedication to impeccable craftsmanship.
November: Forever 'Yes' In Lake Como
In our Year in Review Alterations, this Lake Como romance with a stunning Vera Wang gown stands out as a highlight of timeless elegance. We tailored every detail of this designer masterpiece to perfection, ensuring it complemented the breathtaking Italian setting.
Our work included taking in the sides for a flawless silhouette, adding supportive bra cups for comfort, and shortening the hem from front to sides to enhance the gown’s graceful flow. Finally, we created a custom bustle, blending functionality with style for the reception. Each stitch reflected our dedication to elevating this iconic Vera Wang design.
December: Wrapping Up the Year in Style
One of the standout moments in our Year in Review Alterations was working on this stunning Vera Wang gown. The iconic design deserved nothing less than perfection, and our team ensured every detail was flawless.
We skillfully took in the sides for a tailored fit, added supportive bra cups for all-day comfort, and shortened the hem from front to sides to enhance the gown’s natural elegance. A custom bustle added the perfect finishing touch, combining style and practicality for the reception. This project showcased our dedication to transforming designer gowns into one-of-a-kind masterpieces for special moments.
